Iconic, Nostalgic - historic Formula 1 race cars are back!
Experience the timeless machines that made Watkins Glen an international destination! The nostalgic sights and sounds of historic Formula 1 race cars will return to the birthplace of North American road racing as the Masters Historic Formula One USA championship will be featured at the Finger Lakes Wine Festival.
The Glen holds a special place in Formula 1 history, having hosted the United States Grand Prix from 1961–1980, the two-decade run on the F1 calendar is the most successful venture to the United States. Former winners include FIA World Champions Graham Hill, Emerson Fittipaldi, Sir Jackie Stewart and Niki Lauda.
Three series will be featured at the Finger Lakes Wine Festival: FIA Masters Historic Formula One, Masters Endurance Legends and Group 5 of Historic Sportscar Racing.
*Festival admission is required for facility access.
- Racing will be on track Friday - Sunday, July 8-10 from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.* Schedule TBD
- Minor Wristband (13 - 20 years old) *NO Access to Wine Festival activities, allows access to racing event and campgrounds.
- Kids 12 years and Under are free. *NO Access to Wine Festival activities, allows access to racing event and campgrounds.
