GENERAL INFORMATION
A: Festival wristband is required upon entry to the facility through Gate 2, off of County Route 16.
A: You may not enter the Festival area, no exceptions. An I.D. is required to participate in Wine Festival activities.
A: Yes, you will be handed an Event Guide with the appropriate info at the Festival entrance. This info is also available on our Mobile App, search Watkins Glen International on the Apple or Android store to download.
A: Yes, be sure to keep your Wine Festival wristband on for re-entrance.
A: The water in the tents is for rinsing your glass. There is water for purchase at vendors throughout the Festival.
A: No. Wagons are not permitted, but we provided shopping carts at the Wine Claim Tent at the end of the day. Be sure to pick up your Claim Checks when you enter through the Festival entrance.
A: If you are still on property you would need to visit the Festival Office, located in the Main Garage or call 607.535.3450.

A: No. We do not allow outside food and beverages in the Festival area. A full list of vendors can be found on our Vendor page.

A: No. Coolers are not permitted inside the Festival area.
A: You may bring fold up camping chairs into the Festival area, but they are not allowed inside the Tasting Tents.
A: Dogs are welcome in the campground area, on leashes. They are NOT allowed in the Festival area or left in your vehicles.
A: Children under the age of 21 are not allowed in the Festival area, no children in strollers or minors. For Historical Formula One, children 12 years and under are free and there is a Minor Wristband (Ages 13-20) for purchase, but no access to Wine Festival activates.
A: No. We allow drivers to be 18 years or older. They will need to provide a valid photo I.D. This only applies to the Festival itself, the Launch of the Lakes and Foam Party are 21 or older. Call 866.461.7223 for more information.
TICKET INFORMATION
A: We are not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets.
A: 1-day or 2-day tasting wristband(s) includes unlimited tastings, free live entertainment, wine seminars and cooking demonstrations. A wristband also includes access to racing activities from Friday - Sunday. Other experiences such as Launch of the Lakes and Taster's Banquet are a separate price.
A: Tickets can be purchased online, at the Ticket Office, or at the Gate 2 entry upon arrival. Watkins Glen International is a cashless track.

A: No, you will need to purchase one for Saturday and Sunday.
A: Tickets may be upgraded prior to entry Saturday at the Ticket Office. Once your wristband is marked and you enter the Festival, you may not upgrade to a weekend ticket. At that point you would need to purchase a Sunday ticket separately. Feel free to call 866.461.7223 with questions.

PARKING INFORMATION
A: Yes.
A: Yes, located next to the Media Center.
A: No, but some of the area hotels may provide a bus, check with your hotel for more information.
A: Yes, in the parking lot near the Operations Building between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
A: Buses park in a lot just outside the Festival entrance, beyond the wine pickup tent.
CAMPING INFORMATION
A: Please refer to the Watkins Glen International Guest Guide located on the Festival website for more details and the option to download the Mobile App.
A: Two vehicles per campsite.

A: Generators are only allowed for medical purposes. For additional questions call the WGI Ticket Office at 866-461-7223 and one of our agents can assist you.
A: Yes, small fire pits are allowed.
A: We ask that campers leave by noon on Monday.
