As a result of the Coronavirus’ impact on our nation and the Governor of New York’s PAUSE, we have taken actions to protect the safety of our fans, vendors and the stakeholders.  As announced, the Finger Lakes Wine Festival at Watkins Glen International scheduled for July 10-12, 2020 has been postponed until July 9-11, 2021.

Ticketholders may elect to receive a credit for the full amount paid plus an additional 20% of total amount paid to apply towards a future event in 2020 or 2021, including, the 2021 Finger Lakes Wine Festival at Watkins Glen International or other events hosted at NASCAR-owned tracks. 

Elections must be submitted no later than June 15, 2020

Q: What date will the postponed 2020 Finger Lakes Wine Fest be scheduled for?

The 2021 Finger Lakes Wine Festival is scheduled for July 9-11, 2021

Q: If I am unable to attend the rescheduled date, what are my other options?

We are happy to offer ticketholders an event credit towards the 2021 Finger Lakes Wine Festival or other events held at Watkins Glen International, or any NASCAR-owned track, during the remainder of 2020 or in 2021.  Event credits will be in the amount paid for all admissions including festival admissions, camping, taster banquet, Launch of the Lakes, etc. plus an additional 20% credit on top of your paid amount. If fans are unable to attend another event in 2020 or 2021, we will accept requests for refunds.  Event credits or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days following the cancellation announcement.

Q: What do I need to do to get an event credit towards 2020 or 2021 events?

Q: Can I get a refund instead of an event credit?

Ticketholders requesting a refund must complete the refund request form beginning on Friday, May 15, within 30 days following the cancellation announcement.  All requests will be reviewed and, if approved, could take a minimum of 60 days to show on your credit card.

Q: How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used on the original order.  Refunds could take a minimum of 60 days to show on your credit card.  If tickets were purchased using another method of payment, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the ticketholder on file.  Refund checks could additionally delay payment.  Every effort will be made to expedite your refund.

Q: I bought tickets through another source, can I still get a refund?

Any event credits or refunds will only be made to the ticketholder on file with the track up to 30 days following the cancellation announcement.

Q: Can I get an event credit for my campsite as well?

Any paid admission - including, camping, festival admission and hospitality - purchased in advance on the ticketholder’s account will be eligible for an event credit or refund.

Q: How do I get a refund for the rest of my weekend travel?

Fans will need to work directly with airlines, hotels, etc. for any such possible arrangements.
