Enjoy tasting 3 wines side by side, made in the traditional method champenoise style, and then taste 3 wines made in the charmant or carbonation method. Come and learn what this means, and learn why you should have more bubbles in your life. The wines will be paired with fun finger food to help you imagine drinking bubbles every day.

Riesling is hot! Taste why this cool climate variety is taking the world by storm. Experience the terroir of this wonderful grape, as you taste Rieslings from very specific locations. Learn what effect the east side and west side of each lake has on the flavors you taste in the glass. You will taste 3 flights of 2 Rieslings side by side to highlight the unique attributes of many famous vineyard sites. The wines will be paired with food you might not think to pair with Riesling – steak, grilled sausages, grilled vegetables and more.
